Praggnanandhaa Rameshbabu won the 14th edition of Norway Chess, held for the first time in Oslo from May 25 to June 5, closing the tournament with four consecutive classical victories capped by a final-round win over Vincent Keymer.
The Indian star finished on 18 points under the event's scoring system, ahead of Wesley So on 17 and Alireza Firouzja on 15.5. Magnus Carlsen, long the dominant force at his home event, finished fourth on 13 points, while world champion Gukesh Dommaraju ended last on 8.
